How much does coaching cost?
The first question on most people's minds as they start to look for a coach is, "how much will this cost me?”
The Cost of Coaching Varies
The answer is, it varies depending on the number of sessions per month, length of the commitment, prepayment discounts, and selected extras. I also employ a "Pay What We Enjoy" model in order to offer my services to those with differing incomes. (Yes, some clients pay more than my “retail” rates!)
Questions to Ask of Yourself
Are you willing to pay for three months of coaching upfront?
How many sessions would you like (3 or 4) per month?
Are you a member or a family member an active member of the US military?
What type of service do I need? (e.g. is Coaching for a teenage child?)
Most Common Answers
All clients start out in a 4x3 package, meaning 4 calls per month with a 3-month commitment, billed on a monthly basis. At the end of 3 months, some clients opt to receive a discount by paying for their next 3 months of Coaching in advance. Others continue paying monthly but drop down to 2 or 3 sessions each month.
Military Discount
I offer a discount on my monthly coaching packages for active members of the US military and their families. Contact me for details.
More Than Just Sessions
Included with your scheduled sessions you receive unlimited text-based check-ins (SMS, Discord, Whatsapp, Snapchat, etc.) and an allotment of short “tune-up” calls for those times you need to rework a goal between sessions.
VIP Coaching Program
In addition to my standard Coaching package, I offer a VIP program that’s available to just two clients at a time. While the program does come with a premium price, it also includes premium features and extended availability.

We’ll work together to develop a coaching plan that works for you during our getting acquainted session. I endeavor to be very no pressure when it comes to offering my services. The most important factor in selecting a Coach is “the fit”.
Scholarships and Pay What We Enjoy (PWWE)
Pay What We Enjoy rates offer those with differing means the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of Coaching at a cost (higher or lower) they can afford. This model allows those with greater incomes to pay more so that I may offer those with lower incomes Coaching at a discount. In short, PWWE is not just about discounts.
